Geordie began his professional music career
with Melbourne rock'n'roll outfit "Buster Brown"
before moving on to play with jazz/rock singer Jeff Duff.
After moving to Sydney in the late 70's,
he joined up with hard rock band "Rose Tattoo",
recording four albums with
legendary producer Vanda & Young.
After a number of overseas tours with the likes of ZZ Top,
Rainbow, Black Sabbath, Foreigner, U2 and Thin Lizzy,
Geordie was becoming more and more
interested in recording and production.
This led to him building
"Padded Cell Productions" recording studio
in Melbourne ('cause everyone needs a padded cell).
After moving to Northern NSW and setting up shop,
Geordie bumped into DC, who lives just up the road,
and recorded some of his songs.
The rest of the story is now on the debut album
"DC and the Rich Men",
which was recorded at the Padded Cell.
