I started playing "air guitar", jumpin' up and down on my bed as a boy at home.
My brother John introduced me to the guitar when I was about 17 years old
and I haven't put it down since.

I played at parties and weddings and anywhere they'd let me,
most of the time for a hamburger and a coke.
I soon turned to writing my own songs,
which has led to DC & The Rich Men.

I hope you find the meaning of our album refreshing.

• 1^st prize "Noise/Ram" video competition
  (teaming up with video maker to produce "Don't Lock Me Up").
• Silver medal "New York Film & TV Awards
  (for the same song & video).
• "Been to Bourke'n'Back", written for The Bourke'n'Back Boys,
  made the Top 20 in Tamworth Country Hoedown.
• Produced and wrote, "The Fire Keeps Burnin",
  released to raise funds for the NSW Bushfire Brigade.
• Released a 4-Track CD with The Kelly Gang with a song called
  "Bring It Back Home".

DC & The Rich Men is a society-conscious band.
